Sketches

Since I was little i have been curious about Picasso’s work. My favorite is the “Weeping Woman”. I also like David Hockney’s work, the colors and textures he uses.

 

 

My first sketch is the statue “The Golden Mean” and what i want to do here is the Polaroid technique,  placing other photos of different angles of the statue on top of the original photo.

 

Second sketch is the same statue with some diagonal pictures on the sides.

Third sketch the statue from behind with some waves on top.

Fourth sketch the statue with some diagonal lines all over it. Ill insert different kinds of textures.

Fifth sketch is the statue’s face, i want to do the same Polaroid technique, inserting breaking downs of the face and body parts.

 

This is the colors are chose for my project, Since the statue i picked is a swimmers i picked a blue color and aquamarine, some lilac will contrast with the picture.
